Duties: Reporting to the Business Administrator, the Financial Administrative Coordinator provides support for Wharton's Undergraduate Financial Operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing gifts, reconciliation of division expenses, processing Concur reimbursements, allocating ProCard expenses, processing awards and prizes, payroll, human resource functions, assisting with reports, communicating Wharton Finance and Administration guidelines, and participation in projects related to enhancing the Division's fiscal stewardship.

Qualifications: High school diploma and 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's Degree highly preferred. Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level and experience with PENN financial systems is strongly preferred. The candidate must be detail oriented and have experience handling confidential information, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
