Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as administrator for the ProCard Program within the Department of Materials Management. This position serves as second liaison between the issuing bankcard provider, vendors, cardholders/reconcilers and ECU departments. This position serves as primary back-up with the duties of ProCard Manager. This position is expected to assist in instructing a monthly ProCard training course that is required for all cardholders/reconcilers, before they can be issued a card.
