Summary of Duties:
Provide support to the Executive Director of Admissions and Recruitment and serve as the primary contact for operational and administrative actions for the department. The primary function of this position is to oversee and provide a wide range of diverse administrative support for the Executive Director and the department; which will include financial, personnel and payroll management, budget planning and reconciliation, purchasing, travel and accounts payable. Exercise independent judgment; represent Executive Director to internal and external audiences. Point of contact for University leadership for resolving issues with external constituencies.

This position is proactive, takes initiative, is efficiently responsive, undertakes projects with little direction, analyzes and summarizes information for reports. Work and information handled can be of a confidential nature and requires discretion.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible management work experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
