Postdoctoral Research Associate
The Princeton Neuroscience Institute is seeking a number of talented postdoctoral or more senior researchers for participation in an academic-industrial partnership to develop computational approaches to the analysis of neuroimaging data. This multi-investigator project is a newly launched collaboration between scientists at Princeton University (in the Princeton Neuroscience Institute and the Departments of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering) and Intel Labs, aimed at developing and deploying new cutting-edge software and hardware technologies for neuroscience research. Duties will range from experimental studies to theoretical and methodological work including the development and testing of computational algorithms. The initial term of employment is for one year with the possibility of reappointment based on satisfactory performance and continued funding. Essential qualifications: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in neuroscience, computer science, applied mathematics or a related field, with experience in signal processing, image analysis, topological data analysis, and/or machine learning methods such as deep learning or Bayesian statistical modeling.
