Position Summary: The Senior Associate Director is an integral member of the MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment team that reviews approximately 2,500 applicants per year for the Full-Time MBA program, 250 for the Executive MBA programs, and 1,300 for [email protected] The Senior Associate Director's primary responsibility is performing data analyses to guide long-term and short-term strategic admissions decision-making related to recruiting, evaluating and enrolling candidates for the Evening, Weekend and OneMBA (Executive MBA) programs. The Senior Associate Director is expected to become a subject matter expert on how to maximize the admissions CRM, beyond the day-to-day use, to help reach admissions goals. The person in this position is also expected to create predictive models used to refine decision making for the team. The Senior Associate Director must provide data-driven assessments of markets to yield prospects according to program strategies. This includes monitoring admissions data continually and making evidence-based suggestions to recruitment plan for continued success. The Senior Associate Director also advises prospective applicants, interviews candidates, evaluates applications, conducts information sessions, and recruits at prospect events and evaluates MBA applicants across the portfolio. This position reports to the Executive Director of Admissions & Student Recruitment. Travel, evening and weekend work required.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree is preferred.
Qualification and Experience: At least 5 years' experience in recruiting, admissions, communications or business development required. Complete understanding of the sales cycle and recruiting process. Demonstrated track record of success in recruiting/admissions and or business development roles with intangible products in a professional environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Some overnight/international travel, evenings and weekends required. Higher-education experience preferred. Knowledge of Slate is preferred.
