Resident Relations Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Apartment Life, the incumbent is responsible for complex-wide community relations including mediation, policy support and enforcement, educational programming and community publications. Assists the Associate Director in apartment life program operations as well as assignments-related matters.

The incumbent analyzes resident needs in order to develop and design appropriate education and programming. Researches and analyzes community resources available regarding health and wellness, interpersonal relationships, safety and disaster preparation issues, and other community concerns or requests. Provides referrals or acts as advocate when needed for community issues. (Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor).

Salary: Annually $44,982.00 - $61,163.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
