General Summary: Serve as the liaison to the business and
industry, elected officials, and the greater community. Represents the College
President to external parties and at events. Coordinates internal activity
surrounding student recruitment, enrollment, and retention.

Requirements: Master's Degree required; 3+ years' experience in K-12 or higher education; excellent oral and written communication skills; Highly experienced with project coordinating and management; proven track record of
effectively interacting with school officials, management and/or business
executives; Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across
administrative offices and in a complex environment; Effective, versatile and
action-oriented; Detail oriented and data driven; Can successfully organize and
manage large teams of people; Effective manager; Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills; Business minded and strategic planner; Self-motivated and self-sufficient; Proven creative thinker with strong management acuity; An energetic and visionary leader with a positive attitude.

Duties:

1. Provide leadership and coordination for the development and administration of the off-campus high school dual enrollment program and K-12 Remake Learning programming

2. Facilitate activities with the Remake Learning network to connect and engage students in relevant and equitable learning practices to help them navigate rapid, social and technological change

3. Facilitate planning with area high schools to meet with counselors, teachers, students and parents to discuss CCAC's workforce development, dual enrollment programming, and Remake Learning resources

4. Facilitate the development of marketing and other support materials to attract and inform students of dual enrollment opportunities and career options at the high schools and on the college campuses/centers;

5. Collaborate with the Campus Presidents and Academic Deans to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with K-12 Schools and dual enrollment programming

6. Organize and coordinate all efforts, communications and activities associated with high school dual enrollment and career option related activities

7. Broaden the college's relationships with business, industry, and community partners

8. Serve as point of contact for key community leaders, elected officials, surrounding neighborhoods, civic groups, and local government

9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure registration activities are completed in a timely manner and appropriate documents are collected, submitted, and approved

10. Assess and manage the registration related activities and services provided at the high schools for dual enrollment students

11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President and Chief of Staff.

Clearance: Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and in order to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.
