Associate Director for Alumni-Student Mentoring Program

Middlebury College seeks an Associate Director for Alumni-Student Mentoring Program to develop outreach strategy, spearhead the pilot program, work with a team on platform implementation, manage the ongoing program, provide regular evaluation and assessment, and target areas for growth, with the goal of maximizing ongoing and high-impact student and alumni usage of the program. The Associate Director for Alumni-Student Mentoring Program will develop communications and outreach strategies to secure and advance initial and ongoing student and alumni participation, play an active role on the design, installation, testing and administration of the software mentoring platform, and develop and maintain an exceptional mentor and mentee training resource.

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of five years combined professional project management, communications, and technical experience required. Excellent communication, strong writing and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to build and engage student and alumni audiences, and a demonstrated understanding of data analysis.
