Job Duties: * Assist the Associate Dean in leading strategic planning efforts with successful implementation; budget oversight; operational activities and related job responsibilities. * Assure work plans and operational activities align with the Office of Faculty Development's mission and its short, medium, and long term goals and reports progress. * Provides guidance for program activities including outreach, volunteer coordination and partnerships development. * Assists participants with program registration online. * Manage office website * Prepares budget proposal and continually monitors to keep within parameters. * Stays informed of faculty development initiatives. * Tracks program participation and recognizes need for adjustments. * Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs for faculty development. * Ensures evaluative feedback is used to continually improve the faculty development programs. * Seeks grant funding to support innovative faculty development programs. * Creates a welcoming, engaging, and supportive work environment for faculty. * Will maintain the Associate Dean's calendar.
