Position Summary: Incumbent ensures HR documentation and employment record compliance. The incumbent performs quality reviews, maintenance and accurate data processing in HR & Payroll Systems. Serves as the liaison to Payroll, IS, Risk Management, Compliance, OEOD, and other requestors. Responsible for position control audits and documentation monitoring. Incumbent serves as a subject matter expert on the data, system and processes, assists requestors and end-users with inquiries, procedures or system issues. Finally, incumbent gathers data, performs detailed analysis and provides statistical reports.
