Posting Summary:
The Office of the Vice President and Chief Officer for Diversity and Equity at the University of Virginia seeks an Administrative Support and Event Planning Assistant. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively in writing and will possess a talent for planning, organization and data collection. This position has an end date of 7-30-2019, renewable based on the availability of funding. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in event planning, grant research, writing and editing skills, experience with various methods of data research and/or collection.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and some experience working in an academic and/or administrative setting. Administrative support experience required and some experience with data research and/or collection.
