The Chazen Museum of Art, located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, is a Madison treasure, presenting a significant permanent collection, compelling temporary exhibitions, and innovative programming. The Chazen is home to the second-largest collection of art in Wisconsin: more than 20,000 works include paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints, photographs, and decorative arts.
The Administrative Coordinator provides a combination of complex administrative support for operations and initiatives, financial management, as well as coordination and support for student employees and project assistants. The Administrative Coordinator is expected to make complex independent judgments and decisions within the scope of the position. The position reports to the Assistant Director for Administration.
8:30am-5pm, some flexibility may be possible. Hours may vary on occasion due to special events.
