Duties: Manages staff within the Help Desk. Provide IT services/support to top-level faculty and staff. Maintains accountability for team's results. Oversees large and small projects, day-to-day operations and activities; sets policies and procedures, technical standards and methods, and priorities. Reports to IT Director on information systems plans, projects, performance and related matters. Keeps up to date on current trends and innovations. Participates and at times lead planning efforts on several different IT projects, always mindful of budgetary constraints. Responsible for overall AV support.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 3 -5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
