Summary: The Admissions Business/Systems Analyst collaborates with admissions office leadership to optimize departmental technology solutions in order to achieve recruitment and enrollment goals, in a highly selective admissions environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Serves as a systems administrator for the Admissions Office enrollment management system, responsible for investigating, configuring, and deploying available functions and features, optimizing use for the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
  • Supports the Undergraduate Admissions Office by implementing reporting solutions using the department’s technology solution.
  • Helps ensure data integrity and uniform reporting by communicating with Admissions Staff and data stewards across campus, as well as creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Works as part of a team to support and implement all Undergraduate Admissions Office communication plans to reach admissions prospects, applicants, and enrollees.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage concurrent projects and demands. Capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
  • Explores and recommends new technologies available for admissions operations.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant technical work experience.
  • Use of Technolution’s Slate.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage concurrent projects and demands. Capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Master’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in higher education.
  • Prior use of enrollment management systems.
  • Knowledge of Wake Forest Educational and Campus Programs.
