Preferred Qualifications: Experience in college admissions, higher education administration, student services, sales, or a call center is preferred. Excellent oral and communication skills, and ability to work with various teams are essential. Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system is required. Position Description The University of Louisville’s Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning on Belknap Campus is seeking a Manager of Online Enrollment Services.

Reporting to the Assistant Director for Online Learning, the Manager will lead the enrollment services team within Online Learning in four main areas of responsibility:

1) Development and implementation of enrollment management strategy for online programs;

2) team performance management;

3) collaboration with academic and student service units; and

4) reporting and information management.

The manager will be responsible for developing and recommending a strategy for the Online Learning enrollment management team defining the goals, staffing, policies, and processes according to industry best practices. The successful candidate will identify and implement online program updates and changes related to admissions requirements, curriculum, graduation requirements, etc. Further responsibilities include partnering with the Online Learning Marketing Manager to plan for upcoming marketing campaigns that will impact enrollment management lead volume, coordinating with the Administrative Systems Analyst to ensure effective design and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management system to effectively track student lifecycle and enrollment funnel and to develop and distribute appropriate reports to drive performance. Analysis of enrollment management reports to set strategic plans to meet assigned goals will be essential. This individual will also act as student contact for additional assistance as necessary, answer escalated calls, and manage them from a perspective of improving processes, student assistance and employee feedback. The manager will develop and implement training on enrollment management processes, conduct hiring and training as assigned, and conduct annual performance reviews to all direct reports.
