Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Must have completed a fully accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. Candidates for associate professor (CHS) or full professor (CHS) rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the CHS track.
License or certificate:
Wisconsin medical license required prior to first day of employment.
Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine
The UW Health Belleville Clinic is interested in a dynamic family physician to provide the full spectrum of family medicine skills including inpatient and maternity care (OB). This position will also be involved in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners.
