Job description

The Price Contract Coordinator Sr. is responsible to effectively serve the needs of the University community providing basic purchasing functions relating to monitoring procurement compliance in relationship to University - wide policies; interpreting and implementing complex laws, rules and regulations; order placement; training; development of Bids; Request for Proposals and contracts; contract-signing authority up to $40,000; and administrative duties.

Physical Requirements

Work performed in typical office environment, constant phone and computer usage. Position entails frequent sitting, walking, and standing. Occasional bending, stooping, grasping, and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.


Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
(37.5 hours/week).


Strong computer skills; strong customer service skills; experience with SAP and related applications are strongly preferred.
