The Program Representative I supports the Information Technology Programs unit by providing administrative support for continuing education programs and courses. The incumbent assists with the scheduling and implementation of courses and programs. Enters course and instructor information into academic database system. Advises potential and current students concerning program requirements, academic and enrollment issues, and certificate process. Supports the instructor recruitment process and provides administrative assistance with online course tasks in the learning management system based on quality guidelines. Provides program promotion support by attending fairs, preparing in-house collateral, and nurturing student inquiries.

Salary: Range $19.76 - $21.50
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Contract Position.
