Summary of Duties:
The Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences (VCS) in the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a full-time Clinical Instructor in Small Animal Emergency & Critical Care for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at Washington State University. This annually renewable position will begin on or about July 1, 2018. The position will share responsibility for directing the ICU and Emergency & Critical Care service including: case management, case consultation, supervision of staff, student, intern and resident training, coordination of the clinical and teaching service with other sections of the hospital, and interactions with referring veterinarians. The instructor will have opportunities to participate in didactic teaching and scholarly activity.

Required Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must possess a DVM or equivalent degree; have completed a rotating or specialty internship OR have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting; and the ability to effectively communicate and work collegially and collaboratively with diverse internal and external constituencies.
