Executive Assistant for the Office of the Senior Vice President for Advancement

As our Executive Assistant for the Office of the Senior Vice President for Advancement, you will be the primary point of contact for the Senior Vice President and serve as a key liaison between the offices of the President and the Provost, the Advancement division at large, and to Dartmouth's leading benefactors. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes role within one of the top internal management teams at the College and will require your high level of diplomacy, accuracy, flexibility, and problem-solving.
In your new role as Executive Assistant, you will manage a complex meeting and travel schedule and oversee a wide range of written collateral in support of day-to-day activities. You will find success in your excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional professional insight, and absolute discretion when communicating with top internal management and high-level clients. Your ability to establish and manage a strong and organized work-flow, pivot to changing demands, as well as tracking multiple materials and logistics deadlines is essential to our team success. A collaborative team player with a resourceful nature, you can set and adapt priorities and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. Your strong proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office and Zoom video conferencing, is essential, as is your aptitude for scheduling and making travel accommodations.
