Assistant Professor in Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology, Academic Clinician track

Job description

The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Neurology with a focus on Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology. Responsibilities include clinical evaluation of patients with cognitive/behavioral symptoms, particularly those secondary to neurodegenerative conditions. Candidates with appropriate expertise will participate in clinical trials. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology and have additional training in Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology.

The position requires teaching medical students, residents, fellows and trainees at all levels in clinical neurology.
