Advertised Job Summary: USC Aiken seeks an Associate Director of Student Life - Student Conduct and Greek Life to help oversee several components of our Student Life program. Serves as the day to day Non Academic Student Conduct administrator and oversees other administrative hearing officers to ensure cases are adjudicated in a timely manner. Serves as the advisor/resource person to Greek Life governing boards, including the Interfraternity Council, Panhellanic Council, and the Pan-Hellanic Council as well as the National Order of Omega Greek honorary chapter and oversees all aspects of Greek Life at the University. Chairs the Family Orientation programs. Serves as advisor/resource person to several annual traditional events student planning groups and serves on campus-wide planning committees. Includes the supervision of student employees. Experience with Greek Life advisement, student conduct systems, and/or programming on a college campus preferred. Masters degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 2 years of experience, OR bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience.is required. Some evening and weekend work required. Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 2 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience.
