This patient relations assistant position will work with our patients at the Orthopaedic Good Sam Spine and Joint Clinic.

The duties will focus primarily on check-in and registration, appointment scheduling and check-out and medical records maintenance for items such as outside records, HIPAA compliance and medical and financial activity.

Must be customer focused and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
