The position performance daily human resource, payroll, faculty records and general office functions for the business office in the College of Law.
The individual will manage the onboarding of faculty and staff and will interview and hire all student employees in the dean's office. In addition, the position manages the daily HR functions in the office.
The position will also be responsible for payroll for all staff including those on bi-weekly and monthly pay.
In addition, the HR Coordinator is responsible for employee records and specifically maintaining accurate faculty records. The position will manage the information in the faculty database and ensure it's accuracy. The position will work the Retention, Promotion and Tenure committee to complete the faculty promotion and tenure dossiers.
The individual must have good attention to detail, organization and customer service skills.
