Position Summary:

In partnership with hiring leaders, senior leadership and talent leadership, provides strategic talent consulting to business leaders and ensures effective delivery of services to clients. Develops and implements recruitment strategies across the organization in order to successfully attract a high quality workforce. Partners with hiring leaders to determine strategies for acquiring needed talent and assists with complex hiring situations. Incumbent cultivates strong professional networks and maintains a strong knowledge of the current job market.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated experience using of a variety of sourcing techniques, including social networking, internet, and other database searches

Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with colleagues and clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Interviewing skill to quickly and accurately assess an individual's qualifications for a position

Minimum 5 years' experience as a recruiter in a dynamic environment

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Technical skills sufficient to effectively use MS Word, Excel, HRIS databases, applicant tracking systems, internet sourcing systems

Working knowledge of current talent acquisition best practices

Working knowledge of regulations, statutes and laws related to recruitment and employment

Preferred Qualifications:

Current PHR or SPHR Certification

Previous experience working in Talent Acquisition in a Healthcare environment

Recent experience with PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management Systems
