Senior Director of Development

This position is only available to current UCI employees.

The Ayala School of Biological Sciences seeks to hire two Senior Directors of Development (SDOD). Focused on donor engagement and program management, each SDOD is a senior professional who works collaboratively with Dean of the school and University Advancement (UA) to secure significant philanthropic investments to support the School. The primary activity of the SDOD is externally focused to secure private philanthropic support, and the SDOD's effectiveness will be evaluated on the ability to achieve financial goals and meet metrics. The SDOD reports to the Dean and Assistant Dean of Planning and Administration with a dotted line to University Advancement and is expected to be a highly collaborative colleague with fellow Ayala School and other development officers across the campus.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
