JOB SUMMARY:

Reviews forms or other documents for accuracy and completeness and enters into database. Performs quality assurance by reviewing audit reports. Resolves errors to ensure data integrity. Provides input into procedural improvement. Provides direction or assistance to users regarding data requirements, procedures and required documentation. May train other data entry employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:

Data Entry: 60% - Essential
Manages, coordinates, and reviews documentation received from departments for confidential entry in PeopleSoft. Ensures required documentation is timely and the data is entered into the database completely and accurately. Performs corrections and updates as requested in a timely manner, adhering to Data Center priority levels.

Quality Assurance and Training: 20% - Essential
Performs daily auditing of data input by HR partners, liaisons and data entry staff. Resolve errors to ensure data integrity. Communicated correct procedures to customers as needed. Participates in documenting processes and process changes. Participates in new user training and refresher training for existing users.

Customer Service: 10% - Essential
Assists customers - both internal and external, responds to Ask-HR inquiries, and resolves issues.

EPMS Compliance Auditing: 10% - Essential
Maintains and tracks EPMS spreadsheet - both current and late to ensure timely entry. Runs bi-monthly queries to ensure review date accuracy, makes corrections when needed, and communicates with HR partners when late reviews are not submitted and when review dates are corrected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A high school diploma and clerical or administrative experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
