Under the working title of of Assistant to the Executive Director and Leadership Team, this position provides specialized administrative support to the Executive Director and Executive Leadership Council (ELC) of the University Health Services (UHS), facilitating the work of the executive director and the directors. Coordinate the activities of the executive director's office. Coordinate the administrative/clerical support work for the executive director and ELC. Individual must be able to effectively handle and manage extremely sensitive and confidential information on a routine basis, primarily due to the Executive Director's role. By nature and location of this position, the incumbent is privy to confidential records and conversations that directly affect the employer-employee relationship referred to in 111.B1(15) Wisconsin Statutes. The incumbent in this role may organize activities, prepare documents, schedule meetings, participate in meetings, record and prepare meeting minutes, collect and direct information for the Executive Director, ELC, and their staff that by their sensitive and confidential nature includes management activities and decisions that directly affect university and academic staff.
M-F 8:30am-5pm; may fluctuate with operational needs
