Job Summary:

Starting pay is based on experience, with a minimum starting rate of $13.19 per hour.

This full time position will provide support to the Field Director and the UW Survey Center (UWSC) Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) department supervisors for all of the CATI projects that are performed in the CATI Lab.
Serve in capacity of Lead Worker for the CATI Lab. Responsible for successful administration of interviews for our most challenging projects. Assist in training new interviewers. Previous CATI experience, knowledge of standardized interviewing technique and refusal aversion/conversion techniques required.
Immediate supervisory duties will be the responsibility of the Field Director and the CATI Supervisors.
Adhere to UWSC Standards relating to confidentiality and study protocols.
This position may require regular early morning start times during the week and evening and weekend work. May also
require a schedule of regular second shift hours.
