Advertised Job Summary
Under general or direct supervision, performs semi-skilled electrical duties including the installation of electrical equipment and remodeling existing electrical services to support campus departments. Works in support of licensed electricians while developing independent skills.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
High school education and 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and/or installation in commercial or industrial applications. Driver's License required.Preferred Qualifications
Completion of trade school or apprenticeship training program.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials used in building maintenance and construction. Knowledge and skill of the techniques and methods used in the electrical trade.
