Pediatric Specialty Clinic is seeking a LPN` to perform clinic duties within scope of license/cerfication. Including but not limited to: Triaging patients, collecting medical history, collecting PFSH, reconciling medications, preparing specimens, preparing/administering injections/vaccinations. Communicating with patients, providers, and other peers to provide exceptional care to patients and families. Scheduling and coordinating tests, procedures, and other medical services as ordered. Verifying insurance coverage, communicating with insurance companies as related to prior authorizations and/or referrals. Maintaining medical privacy as applicable to patient health information, services performed, telephone communications, and any other interactions with patients and families. Registration and scheduling within the clinic, providing service to patients and their families during their clinic visit. Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all.

Required Related Experience
Required License/ Registration/Certification
LPN - Kentucky Licensure
Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hrs per week).
Superb direct patient care and critical thinking skills; basic computer navigation skills and working knowledge of the internet; ability to communicate with patient families and provider/peer team.
