Supervisory Responsibilities:

Perform accounting and clerical tasks for the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions, including but not limited to the following:

  • Process vendor invoices: review documentation and voucher vendor invoices for payment
  • Receive and respond to vendor calls and emails
  • Assist with check runs
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Assist Disbursements department as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of accounts payable experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Strong written and oral skills
