Assistant/Associate Professor in Nursing
Wesleyan College is the first college in the world chartered to grant degrees to women and has been granting degrees to women since 1836. The Division of Nursing at Wesleyan College invites individuals seeking faculty positions in nursing. Positions are academic full-time, tenure track faculty appointments that include didactic and clinical teaching at the undergraduate BSN level, faculty service, professional service and scholarship. The nursing program at Wesleyan has a strong reputation of graduating professional prepared nurses. Required qualifications for nursing faculty include a master’s degree in nursing with specialization in adult health, demonstrated clinical nursing experience and a current RN license in state of Georgia. Preferred qualifications include Doctoral degree and/or experience teaching in a baccalaureate degree in nursing program and an established program of scholarship and/or faculty clinical practice.
