Position Title: Carpentry/Masonry Tenure Track Faculty

Salary: 44,703


A minimum of an Associate's degree and three (3) years' experience in construction or a related industry,
and effective interpersonal and leadership skills are required.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field and prior
teaching experience is preferred.


This full-time, ten-month faculty position is in the Carpentry/Masonry Program of the Physical Sciences,
Engineering and Applied Technologies Department (PSAT).

Responsibilities include instruction for a wide range of courses in the program and other duties within
the Department as well as the College as assigned. In addition to carpentry and masonry, the successful candidate must have the ability to teach construction estimating, sustainable construction techniques, construction blueprinting, and other related topics.
