Business Development Officer

Under leadership of the Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer, and consistent with the long range goals and objectives of the Department, the primary responsibility of the Business Development / Outreach Officer will be to cultivate new and grow existing business for the Department of Urology. The Business Development / Outreach Officer will implement and manage a strategic business plan to attract new business through telemarketing, direct mail, personal solicitations including introduction of new services-technology to prospective offices, working with program faculty, proposal development, and new clients. This position will be an integral part in the continued growth of a highly successful department/organization. This position will also be responsible for facilitating all interactions between referring physicians, their offices, patients, and the Department of Urology and UCI resources. This will include facilitation of scheduling, insurance and all aspects of patient care. Further, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and coordinating the department?s marking strategies and projects, advancement efforts, and community outreach events.

Salary: Monthly $5,463.67 - $7,452.67
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Will need to use own vehicle to travel to local clients.
Willing to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed.
Final candidate subject to background check.
