Position Summary: This is highly responsible professional, managerial and administrative work. Individual manages and directs the maintenance operation for UGA Housing Facilities encompassing 22 residence halls, Family and Graduate Housing, and Greek Park. Responsibilities include oversight and work load management for the University Housing maintenance zones and personnel. Individual has supervisory and budgetary responsibility.
Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and direct the work of the Housing Skilled Trades Supervisors and Skilled Trades Worker in all University Housing maintenance zones. 2. Manage the operational workflow for residential facilities predictive, preventative, and responsive maintenance and repair, as well as assigned renovation and/or renewal projects. 3. Determine cost estimates for maintenance work as required.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED plus 8 - 10 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree plus 6 years related experience. Georgia State Drivers License
