Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required. A degree in biological sciences, social sciences, healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
* At least 2 years of clinical trials enrollment and management is required.
* The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrate strong initiative, flexibility and personal accountability; must demonstrate an understanding of the IRB protocol process.
* At least 1 year of experience with hospital and clinics billing systems.
Job title prefix is determined by years of relevant work experience.
License or certificate:
This position will manage Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocol submissions, renewals, and closures in the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation and Department of Urology, as directed by the departments' Research Administrator.
