Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or biological sciences area preferred.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
-Three or more years of experience working in human subjects' research, clinical trial management, and/or health-care setting required.
-Prior experience lending leadership to and coordinating multi-site research studies is required.
-Extensive knowledge and mastery of University administrative policies and procedures (including federal human subjects' protection regulations) and experience contributing to the conduct of research in an academic medical center is required.
-Prior experience working with industry-sponsored studies is preferred.
-Prior experience working effectively with individuals from diverse racial and ethnic communities strongly preferred; bilingual skills valued.

The All of Us Wisconsin (AoU) Research Project Manager (RPM) at UW is a critical position on a team of 15 project members implementing the NIH All of Us precision medicine initiative. The RPM will be directly involved in the day-to-day activities required to successfully operationalize and carry out this project at UW. The team ranges from UW research faculty (3) to a site project manager to communications personnel to multiple research coordinators serving in on- and off- campus partner sites who will rely on the RPM to set up and coordinate data collection associated with the All of Us Wisconsin biobank project at UW. The RPM will work in close coordination with the UW site Project Manager to oversee many aspects of project start up, mobile recruitment/enrollment staff training, enrollment, and ongoing collaboration with site partners in inpatient and outpatient and community settings. The RPM will represent the site team on national onboarding and planning calls associated with the human subjects' research and data collection activities (biomarkers and other) and locally interface with the biomedical informatics team supporting the EHR data transfer to the central data clearing house. The RPM will communicate regularly and collaborate with individuals in the All of Us Wisconsin research program sites at Marshfield Clinic and the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

This is a fixed term terminal 2 year appointment. There is a possibility the position would be converted to renewable depending on need and funding.
