Advertised Job Summary: Under general supervision, perform a variety of technical and administrative duties involved in the daily operation of the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) Service Desk. Using exceptional customer service skills, serve as the single point of initial contact for DoIT to provide broad, IT-related support and solutions to all USC customers, based on the ITIL methodology, specifically incident management, problem management, knowledge management, change management, and service request fulfillment. Customers include USC faculty, staff, students, parents, guests, affiliates, retirees, and other internal and external customers of the University.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems; or equivalency
