Posting Information: The Director: * represents the OneStop at University functions, meetings, Open Houses, Orientations, Western On Tour, etc., * oversees budgetary functions, and * provides supervision for the OneStop unit. * supports the development of the whole student through the delivery of the following duties and responsibilities: 1. The OneStop Student Service Center provides customer service and resolution of issues through telephone and walk-in assistance for financial aid, student accounts (including cashiering), Registrar's Office, and other university departments (these duties performed mainly at the OneStop Student Service Center express counter). 2. Serve as an initial information resource for all incoming students, new freshmen, transfers, and re-entering students and continue as support advisors through graduation. This is achieved by using all relevant and necessary resources, including personnel, software, computer applications, etc. 3. Refer customers to appropriate university staff to provide desired services as needed. 4. Serve as liaison to assigned university offices to assure accurate dissemination of information while providing walk-in or phone services. 5. Provide OneStop information and support for the University community. 6. Assist with developing, revising, and updating processes of the OneStop along with creating and/or editing any required forms and publications. 7. Appropriately collect and distribute all related records and documentation along with submitting monthly reports of activity (including financial records). 8. Participate in ongoing professional development along with the encouragement of the growth of colleagues. 9. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned in support of the needs of students and the OneStop Student Service Center.
Minimum Training & Experience Requirements: Masters Degree from an accredited institution.
