JOB SUMMARY:

Provide expert-level consultative services to coordinate the activities of web media resources and projects for CECAS that promote and enhance communications and customer support services offered by Clemson Computing & Information Technology. Provide services for video conferencing facilities in the college to include support, training, and troubleshooting.
JOB DUTIES:

35% - Essential - Help facilitate, analyze, design, code, test, debug & document solutions for the CECAS web site; Design & implement strategies to establish and maintain a robust, interactive and dynamic web presence. Participate in project planning. Coordinate and collaborate with CECAS PROMO group. Assist others in resolving problems.

25% - Essential - Provide technical support and resource support for the CECAS website and their content contributors.

25% - Essential - Provide technical support and resource support for the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences in their video conferencing facilities/classrooms.

10% - Essential - Assist with development and implementation of web standards, policies and procedures to ensure a coherent and useable web site. Ensure that all work produced is timely, accurate, and in compliance with departmental or project standards.

5% - Essential - Consult with and advise users on development of new solutions and/or modifications to existing systems to enhance communications and customer support services offered by CCIT. Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A high school diploma and experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems. A degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree - Related field, Work Exp 2+ years

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in web site architecture, design and management; testing, debugging, and maintenance techniques and practices.

Standard Hrs: 37.5; Band: 06 ($ 39,960.00 - $ 73,935.00)
