Job description

Duties: The Penn Wharton Budget Model (PWBM) of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania is looking for experienced full stack developers to work on our cutting edge suite of tools and applications in support of our data sharing platform. We collect and aggregate thousands of Economics and Public Policy metrics published by the Federal Government for use on our platform. Over the next year we plan to expand that offering tenfold by leveraging C#, SQL, MongoDb, Javascript, Angular, and Selenium.

We are a small, select, highly productive team looking for coders who can work with minimal oversight, adapt to a dynamic environment and are willing to learn new things. We support key components of a high-visibility platform so be ready for deadlines and pressure. Also be ready for a great team, a great work environment, and an amazing benefits package.

Qualifications: A bachelor's and 2-3 years of experience is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with one or more of the technologies listed above is strongly preferred. It is also helpful to have familiarity with statistics and some experience in economics or finance or personal finance. A strong work ethic and an ability to work with minimal supervision will serve you well on this dynamic team.
