ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR REVENUE CYCLE PENN DENTAL MED.
Duties: Reporting to the PDM Chief Financial Officer, the Associate Director, Revenue Cycle is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and implementing current and future strategies to bill patients and insurance companies, process payments, minimize bad debt, improve cash flow and manage the overall health of PDM's clinical receivables. Act as primary liaison with departments and university on clinical revenue reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of Healthcare collections, medical billing, coding, financial reporting and management. Must possess strong managerial, financial and analytical skills. Consistent demonstration of commitment to quality, customer focus, productivity and process improvement.
