Job Summary/Basic Function:
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support, maintain employee records in electronic imaging system, and serve as the relief receptionist for the Human Resources Department. This is accomplished by converting hard copy records generated in the Human Resources Department into electronic images, ensuring electronic records are accurately filed and purged, and performing receptionist duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. Work requires a level of knowledge equivalent to four years of high school or equivalency.

Two (2) or more years of full-time experience performing detailed and repetitive work.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of full-time experience maintaining employment records.

Work Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM
