Position Summary: This position supports the University's prevention and response efforts related to interpersonal violence and is part of a dynamic Health Promotion team that is making a difference, including a positive health behavior culture shift, and changing students' lives. The RSVP Coordinator in collaboration with other team members is responsible for utilizing evidence and theory based principles to develop, implement, and evaluate programs, and initiatives as part of a comprehensive prevention, early intervention, recovery support, and wellness strategy for students. This position will train, direct and supervise graduate interns and a student peer educator group. The Coordinator will also serve as a member of the on-call advocate team for the UGA campus.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate theory and evidence informed programs and initiatives that are part of a comprehensive, socio-cultural relevant, interpersonal violence prevention program to create long-lasting change for the campus community.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an advanced degree in health education or a related field; and some experience working with a health education program.
