University of Virginia Human Resources is seeking an HR Assistant or HR Associate, Talent Support. The Talent Support team offers a variety of support functions directly to customers. As part of the overall HR Solution Center, Talent Support team members must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and complex environment.

HR Assistants are responsible for delivering the highest level of service to candidates throughout the recruiting process (including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel, providing a knowledgeable and welcoming experience), tracking and managing employee referrals, and other employment support.

HR Associate positions provide support for the pre-boarding process and complete a variety of student, faculty, staff and team member-related operational tasks from pre-employment to termination. HR Associates will have exceptional written and verbal skills.

Successful HR Assistant candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant administrative experience.

Successful HR Associate candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (or four years of relevant administrative experience), plus two years of relevant administrative experience.
