Primary Function of Organization Unit: The primary function of the Undergraduate Admissions office it to identify, attract and enroll first year and transfer students with outstanding academic ability and potential. The department's efforts are commensurate with NC State University's annual and long-term enrollment goals for the University, including diversity with regard to in-state and out-of-state status, international status, ethnicity and gender.
Essential Job Duties: The Technology Support Specialist will work with staff and systems to fully utilize and manage multiple admissions information systems. As project manager, they will plan, build, streamline, and maintain admissions and recruitment processes in multiple systems including new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Provide technical expertise, support, and reporting using multiple systems including AdmissionPros, PeopleSoft, OnBase, and Slate. Must have technical and content expertise, project management experience, and strong attention to detail, commitment to training, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education: Bachelor's degree with work experience in business application consulting or development; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
