Position Summary:

The Assistant Dean/Director of the Center for Leadership and Involvement (CfLI) at the University of Wisconsin - Madison provides primary leadership, administrative oversight, mission and vision development, budget oversight, supervision, both direct and indirect, and day to day management of CfLI. The position also holds responsibility for campus wide efforts and partnership development around activities and issues critical to student organizations and leadership opportunities. Additionally, the position is part of the Division of Student Life Leadership Team and holds responsibility within the team for advancing the mission and vision of the Division.

The Center for Leadership & Involvement (CfLI) is a comprehensive student involvement and leadership center. CfLI helps to engage students through practical leadership skill development and involvement experiences. CfLI offers a variety of leadership programs such as the leadership certificate, advising the Student Leadership Program, and Adventure Learning Programs. CfLI is resp0onsible for registering and advising the wide-ranging student organizations on campus including Fraternity & Sorority Life organizations.
