Position Summary: The IT Solutions Analyst will lead the analysis, design, architecture and development of in-house and outsourced projects around our Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise applications, particularly our Salesforce instance. The role will provide guidance, expertise and internal consultancy to cross-functional teams across the organization. This position will lead efforts to evaluate, select and implement new technologies to enhance application. The Analyst will collaborate with internal team and external solution providers to resolve issues in the functionality and interoperability of applications and databases as well as lead efforts to evaluate, select and implement new technologies to enhance application. The IT Solution Analyst should have excellent technical and communication skills and be able to interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. The IT Solution Analyst will serve as the go to for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and solutions, provide ad hoc designs and manage the existing SaaS applications through their software development lifecycle. The IT Solutions Analyst will also keep our SaaS users trained and educated, solve complicated business problems and keep projects moving forward.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Math, or Engineering or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or - Bachelor's degree and some computer coursework from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in business application consulting or development; or - Associate's degree in Computer Programming and one year of experience in application consulting or development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification and Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing Software as a Service (SaaS) applications especially with configuration and customization Preferred Qualifications -Knowledge and expertise with CRMs such as Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce or other web development technologies such as SOAP, REST, and XML. -Experience with Integrating third party products with existing infrastructure. Ability to resolve production defects quickly. -Experience with design, development, testing and deployment activities. Experience in Creating and maintaining documentation. - Salesforce Administrator Certification ADM-201 (or ADM-211) a plus. -Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
