The College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina invites applications for two faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor with a focus on quantitative data analysis. We seek applicants with demonstrated interests in the areas of poverty, health disparities, diversity and/or discrimination to contribute to the College's mission to advance the health and social wellbeing of vulnerable populations through transdisciplinary, communityengaged teaching, research, and service.

Required Education and Experience

The position requires an MSW plus a doctoral degree in social work, though ABDs may be considered with evidence that the doctoral degree will be completed by the beginning date of employment. The successful candidate will demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching and a strong capacity for research productivity and scholarly impact.
